Scientific mission in the scope of project DREAM

Carla Cruz and PhD students Jéssica Nunes and Josué Carvalho visited the Radiopharmaceutical Sciences group of the Center for Nuclear Sciences and Technologies (C2TN) led by António Paulo from IST-University of Lisbon. From 13/05/2019 to 18/05/2019 the team performed cellular internalization experiments using I125-radiolabelled acridine orange derivatives. Additionally, in vivo biodistribution of the I125-radiolabelled compounds in mice was assessed.
