Dr. André Miranda has successfully defended her PhD thesis!

We are proud to announce that on January 19th, André Miranda successfully defended her PhD thesis in Biochemistry, entitled "Non-canonical nucleic acids structures as a therapeutic strategy for lung cancer"

Her research was supervised by Prof. Carla Cruz (UBI) and co-supervised by Dr Jean-Louis Mergny (École Polytechnique, Paris) and Prof. Paula A. Oliveira (UTAD, Vila Real).
