"PROMOVE” FUNDAÇÃO LA CAIXA/BPI

Carla Cruz, Joana Figueiredo and André Miranda awarded a project from “Promove” Fundação La Caixa.

The project is entitled SYNERGIC, and aims to create a therapeutic strategy targeting G-quadruplex structures in the KRAS oncogene based on the synergistic use of ligands and Polypurine Reverse Hoogsteen Hairpins (PPRHs). The idea aims to create a therapeutic strategy for the treatment of lung cancer.
