PCISBIO day 2022

Tiago Santos presented the work developed under the scope of the Instruct ERIC access project in PCISBIO day 2022. The event took place in Thalia Theatre and it was organized by the Portuguese Centre for Integrated Structural Biology (PCISBIO).

In his talk which took place on March 11th, with the title “Targeting of nucleolin/G-quadruplex partnership”, Tiago focused on the production and purification of nucleolin isotopically labeled with 13C and 15N as well as the interaction of the protein with a G-quadruplex structure.
